Terms of Use

The terms on which this website is made available

Last updated: 23 September 2026

These terms govern your use of www.icdmo.com. They do not govern the services we perform for clients: those are covered by the written agreement, proposal and statement of work signed for each engagement, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

Website Content Is Informational

The descriptions, turnaround times, specifications and capabilities published on this site are indicative and provided for general information. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to perform work on any particular terms. Scope, methods, deliverables, timelines and price for any engagement are fixed in writing after a feasibility review, and only that written document binds either party.

Research Use Only

ICDMO delivers computational services. Predictions, rankings, models and analyses prioritise hypotheses for experimental testing. They do not by themselves establish binding, biological activity, therapeutic efficacy, safety or clinical validity.

All content and deliverables described on this site are for research use only and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic or clinical use. Nothing on this website is medical, clinical, regulatory or legal advice.

Technical Content and Third-Party Names

Technical articles and service descriptions reflect our understanding at the time of writing and may become outdated. Software, database and platform names appearing on this site are used to describe methods and belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation or a licence, and the tools applied to a given project are specified in that project proposal.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, layout, graphics and code, is owned by ICDMO or used with permission. You may view it, and reproduce short extracts for internal evaluation with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions, use the content for commercial purposes, or present it as your own without written permission.

Ownership of project deliverables is dealt with in the relevant engagement agreement. Under our standard terms, deliverables produced for a client belong to that client.

Acceptable Use

▸Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or any connected system
▸Do not use automated tools in a way that disrupts availability for others
▸Do not submit unlawful, infringing or malicious material through any form on the site
▸Do not send confidential third-party information you are not entitled to disclose

External Links

This site links to external resources, including scientific literature and partner and supplier websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Following an external link takes you outside this website and outside this policy.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose in relation to website content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICDMO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from decisions taken in reliance on general website content rather than on a written deliverable produced under an engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from services performed for a client is governed by the engagement agreement, not by these terms.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information and client scientific data is described in the Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in the Cookie Policy. Both form part of your use of this site.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of the page indicates the current version, and continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
